This wine is made from 80% Negroamaro 20% Black Malvasia cultivated in Puglia. It has intense red in colour with the bouquet characterized by elegant scents of confiture and spice, with light vanilla fragrance. This is full-bodied, round, mellow in taste.
Best enjoyed with red meat, roast game, grilled meat and cheese.
